6 people were injured in an explosion in the Turkish resort of Antalya. The explosion blew in the turnery in the city center. The probable cause is a gas tank explosion, Reuters reported. Two of the injured were seriously injured and hospitalized. The blast caused damage to neighboring buildings and a taxi which was parked nearby.

At least 8 people died and another 22 are missing after a landslide of mud and rocks in the mining village Uanchumay in southeastern Peru, AFP reported. The cause of the disaster are continuing rains last few days. The landslide has swept through everything in its path, no one survived, all residents of the village under the stones.
